Schedule:
When dealing with children, it's impractical to have a rigid schedule. Their needs change daily, and we feel it is important to remain flexible enough to meet those needs. Below is an approximation of an average day here at Day-Care Internet Visitation System. Keep in mind that we are open 24 hours, and your child most likely wont be here for every event. :-) (Meal times are very often served right at meal times.) 7:00 to 8:30 Breakfast Children are offered breakfast. Television will be available until 9:00 to allow all children to eat breakfast without interruption. 9:00 to 11:00 Structured Play* Children sing songs, participate in a learning activity, group games, and practice counting & language skills. Children participate in a teacher directed writing, language, and math or science project geared towards problem solving or deductive reasoning. 11:00 to 1:00 Free Play* Children may choose to do child initiated activities using some of our many games and learning centers. Teachers are available if the child needs assistance. 1:00 to 1:30 Lunch 1:30 to 2:00 Story Time 2:00 to 4:00 Nap/Quiet Time 4:00 to 4:15 Snack 4:15 to 7:00 Quiet Activities The television, quiet games, and computer activities are open at this time. 7:00 to 7:30 Dinner 8:00 to 9:00 Quiet Activities and Prepare for Bed 8:45 to 9:00 Bed Time |
